Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of AssemblePro London's website and assembly services. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

AssemblePro London provides assembly-only services for flat-pack and self-assembly furniture. We do not deliver, collect, transport, or move furniture between rooms. Furniture must be at the service address before we arrive.

2. Booking and confirmation

  • All bookings are requests until confirmed by us via WhatsApp, phone or email.
  • We aim to confirm all bookings within 2 hours during working hours (Mon–Sat, 8am–8pm).
  • Prices shown online are approximate starting rates. The final price is confirmed by the assembler on arrival, before work begins, based on the actual size and complexity of the furniture.
  • We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.

3. Pricing and payment

  • The final price is agreed on arrival, before work begins. No work starts without the customer's agreement.
  • Payment is due on completion of the work — cash or card accepted.
  • We do not take payment upfront.
  • Surcharges (urgent booking, weekend) are disclosed at the time of booking.
  • Multi-item discounts (5% off 2 items, 10% off 3–4, 15% off 5 or more) are applied automatically to labour costs.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule at no cost up to 24 hours before your appointment.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a £20 cancellation fee.
  • We will notify you as soon as possible if we need to reschedule due to circumstances beyond our control.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Ensure all furniture is at the property and unboxed (or ready to unbox) before we arrive.
  • Ensure access to the property is available at the agreed time.
  • Inform us of any access challenges (no lift, narrow staircase, height restrictions) when booking.
  • Check furniture parts for damage or missing items before we begin — contact the retailer for replacements.

6. Liability

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage to furniture or damage caused by manufacturing defects.
  • We are not liable for damage to walls, floors or property resulting from the customer's choice of fixings or furniture placement.
  • Our total liability is limited to the value of the assembly service provided.

7. Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our service, contact us within 7 days at info.pro.service.uk@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve any issue.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
